The Zapp Group has been training technical, commercial and IT professions for several decades. This gives us the necessary know-how to enable young people to get off to a successful start in their careers. We employ around 50 trainees in 13 different trades every year.

Through internal lessons and a wide variety of courses that support vocational training, we offer our trainees the opportunity to achieve a good degree in the respective training occupation and thus continue to successfully shape the future of the Zapp company.

There is a special focus on mediation

technical knowledge according to the job description
operational and product-oriented knowledge
overarching personal skills that are absolutely necessary in addition to specialist knowledge.
